| The non-woven needle punch products are applicable for spring beds, jackets, coat liners, blankets, quilting, filtration, etc. While non-woven interlining products which consist of normal, soft, hard and fusible interlining are applicable for garments, shoe industries, bags, hats, embroideries, etc. |

| DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn) |
DTY is a filament yarn which has been drawn to approximately 60-70% of its final denier,
DTY is also called as fully drawn and textured yarn used for knitting and weaving . In order to produce DTY, texturisers are using POY (Partially Oriented Yarn)
as its raw material. POY will be passed through a texturizing machine with several steps such as drawing, heat setting, texturing and finally winding. DTY can be available in 1-heater or 2-heater and intermingled or non-intermingled depending on the yarn application.
DTY is used for such application as hosiery, garments and outerwear.

| REGENERATED POLYESTER STAPLE FIBER |
Regenerated PSF's process is simply like virgin PSF, but the raw material used is a recycled material like bottle flakes, virgin off spec chips, yarn filament waste. Due to the raw material, pricewise is obviously cheaper than virgin PSF.
Regenerated PSF is also available for siliconized and dry, 6 & 15 denier with staple cut 51 & 64 mm, depending on customers choice accordance to product application. Similar to the virgin, it can also be used for stuffing (toys), carpet, padding (furniture) and geotextile industries. |
